metere swim, 12 mile bike ride and 3.5 mile run.
RIGHT!!!! One of our old lads from about eight years ago walked through the door recently. He was looking rather large. 14 years old and reckoned he was 14 stone. He actually weighed 16 stone 4 lbs.
Why?? He had stopped exercising and was eating too much. So we have decided to help any youngsters who are far too heavy. Mr. Sixteen Stones Plus will be weighed every week and will lose a pound a week. That works out at nearly two stones a year.
Some of our ATHLETES have been training for next years SHOT PUTT championships.....we are after a few records..watch this space.......
